ADF4150HVBCPZ Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. In the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 32 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V to operate this time clock generator. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3V~3.6V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with Clock logic levels.
