ADF4107BCPZ Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. As part of the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3V. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. There are 2.7V~3.3V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. This is a clock generator compatible with Clock logic levels. It has been classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. This clock-generating IC is a 20-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. This part number ADF4107 is related to the following electrical components. A 20 pin is available on the PLL. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3V that this analog clock generator can handle. PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits-type frequency generators are usually classified as this type. The output frequency is magnified as high as possible with 2 signal outputs. Using a frequency of 7GHz allows frequency synthesizer to achieve high efficiencies. To fully perform its function, time clock generator requires a supply current of 17mA. This clock generator operation can supply up to 17mA of current.
