ADF4113HVBRUZ Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 2.7V. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.7V~5.5V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with Clock logic levels. It has been classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. There is a 6-BIT SWALLOW COUNTER:0 TO 63 feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal. 1 signal outputs are provided for enhancing output frequency as much as possible. High efficiency is achieved when operating at a frequency of 4GHz. For the clock time generator to function properly, 11mA of supply current must be provided. During this clock generator operation, a maximum current of 30mA is supplied.
