ADF4111BRUZ-RL7 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 1.4GHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.7V. Clock generator ic works with 2.7V~5.5V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) is the type of electrical part that this component is classified as. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors.
