HMC835LP6GE Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Strip method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 40 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. A clock generator's input is called Clock and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented.
