ADF4118BRU-REEL7 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 240 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. It provides a maximum frequency of 3GHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as you provide 2.7V~5.5V supply voltage, it will work. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator. It has been classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. In order for it to fully perform time clock generator's functions, it needs a supply current of 6.5mA.
