ADF4212BRUZ-RL7 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 2.7GHz Max. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.7V~5.5V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with Clock logic levels. This electronic component can be classified into Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF/IF).
