ADF4107BRUZ Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, TTL, which is designed to be the clock source.
