ADF4154BRUZ-RL7 Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. 4GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 2.7V is recommended for safety reasons.
