ADF4002BRUZ Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 2.7V to be safe. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.7V~3.3V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. Clock is designed for clock generator's output.
