ADF4110BRUZ-RL Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3V is required. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 550MHz maximum. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. A maximum voltage of 2.7V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As long as you provide 2.7V~5.5V supply voltage, it will work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. It's compatible with Clock logic levels. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) component.
