As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 2.95GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications.
