AD9520-0BCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 2.95GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CMOS, LVPECL logic levels. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution component. This clock-generating IC is a 64-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. AD9520 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 64 pins. Clock PLL is capable of handling a voltage of 3.3V. Clock PLL is facilitated with 12 signal outputs to magnify output frequency as high as possible. At frequencies of 1.6GHz, RF synthesizer achieves high efficiency. The frequency synthesizer combines clock logic function Clock with input data.
