ADF4007BCPZ-RL Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The LFCSP EP package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. CMOS is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 7.5GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. In this IC, a 20-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are 20 pins that are available on the clock PLL. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of -40°C operations. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 85°C with attenuated performance. The maximum supply voltage that clock generator can handle is 3V. Clock generator can also be included into PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits. There can be no voltage higher than 3.3V when powering this frequency generator. Powered by 2.7V, this clock generator has the lowest supply voltage limit. The supply current of 13mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function. As an analog IC, this RF synthesizer falls under the PLL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER-device category.
