LMK04002BISQX/NOPB Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.75GHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 3.15V~3.45V available for use with this clock PLL. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
