HMC831LP6CE Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Strip package. Embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 40 terminations. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, which is designed to be the clock source. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 2.01GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3V.
