SI5326A-C-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are a total of 36 terminations in this file. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 1.71V~3.63V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
