SI5341B-D-GM Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~3.47V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic. ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
