LTC6946IUFD-4#PBF Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. 28 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 6.39GHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.45V of power. As long as you provide 3.15V~5.25V supply voltage, it will work. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~105°C should be set. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF/IF), Integer N component. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 28 bits. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number LTC6946. ALSO OPERATES IN SUPPLY VOLTAGE 4 TO 5.25V is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output. Time clock generator supply currents should not exceed 0.5mA.
