HMC700LP4E Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Strip package. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. CMOS is designed as this clock generator's input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.7V~5.5V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Integer-N/Fractional-N component. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded. There are 24 pins that are available on the clock PLL. There is a maximum supply voltage of 5V that electronic frequency generator can handle. By operating at a frequency of 8GHz, frequency generator is able to achieve high efficiency. For its full function, a supply current of 1μA is required. It is possible to supply up to 110mA of current for this clock generator operation.
