ADF4360-6BCPZ Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 24 terminations found in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator. This electronic component can be classified into Fanout Distribution, Integer N Synthesizer (RF).
