CY23EP05SXI-1 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 2.5V allows for high efficiency. In this case, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133MHz 167MHz maximum. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 2.7V. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.3V. Clock generator ic works with 2.5V 3.3V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVCMOS logic levels is presented here. This electronic component is usually classified as a Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Zero Delay Buffer component. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors.
