CY22393FXC Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. In this clock generator, LVTTL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. As long as you provide 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. The temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable performance. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CMOS logic levels. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution component. This clock-generating IC is a 16-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. According to the base part number CY22393, its related parts can be found.
