ADF4252BCPZ Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are 24 terminations found in this file.
