ADF4212LBCPZ-RL7 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V. In this case, CMOS, TTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
