ADF4155BCPZ Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 4GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.465V to operate this time clock generator. As long as there are 3.135V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. This is a clock generator compatible with Clock logic levels. Clock PLL is equipped with 24 pin count. ADF4155 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. A 24 pin is available on the clock PLL. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency. At a frequency of 8GHz, the system can achieve high efficiency. The supply current of 38mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function. Analog ICs are classified as PLL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER-devices and this RF synthesizer is one.
