ADF4118BRUZ-RL Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. It provides a maximum frequency of 3GHz. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. There should be 2.7V~5.5V provided with this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. Clock is designed for clock generator's output. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) in this case. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. ADF4118 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. The clock PLL has 16 pins that are available. PLL clock can handle a voltage of 5V as its supply voltage. The clock PLL is generally classified as a PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits device. Clock PLL is configured with 2 output. A supply current of 6.5mA is required to fully operate clock PLL. This electronic frequency generator should not be supplied with more than 7.5mA of current.
