ADF4113BRU Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tube. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 16 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3V voltage should be applied. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 4GHz maximum. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount.
