AD9545BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Differential or Single-Ended. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 2 circuits. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 2.4GHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~3.465V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVDS or Single-Ended logic levels. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock Synchronizer component. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 48 bits.
