HMC988LP3E Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Strip method. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. CML, CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed.
