HMC821LP6CE Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Strip method. Embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 40 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. CMOS is designed as this clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. 4.16GHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
