HMC703LP4E Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Strip method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. CMOS is designed for clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. A maximum voltage of 2.7V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. There should be 2.7V~5.5V provided with this RF synthesizer. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set.
