HMC698LP5E Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Strip-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 32 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 5V. A clock generator's input is called Clock and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.3GHz is available. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 4.75V~5.25V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. It is a 32-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically.
