HMC698LP5 Overview
Bulk-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 235. There are 32 terminations found in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 5V. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 1.3GHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There are 4.75V~5.25V available for use with this clock PLL. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. It is a 32-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number HMC698. A 32 pin is available on the clock PLL. RF synthesizers can handle a voltage of 5V as the supply voltage.
