HMC4069LP4ETR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 5V allows for high efficiency. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An up to 2.9GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V to operate this time clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 4.75V is recommended for safety reasons. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 4.75V~5.25V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. This clock-generating IC is a 24-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors.
