Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Approximately 3.45V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.15V~3.45V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
