ADF5002BCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. In the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 18GHz. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.6V. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. There are 3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. The temperature should be set at -40°C~105°C to ensure reliable performance. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Prescaler in this case. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded. There are 16 pins on the frequency generator that are available for use. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that electronic frequency generator can handle. For the time clock generator to operate properly, 30mA of supply current are required. During these clock generator operations, the maximum current supplied reaches 30mA.
