ADF5000BCPZ Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V to operate this time clock generator. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 3V. There are 3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~105°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. This electronic component can be classified as a Prescaler (RF). In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors.
