ADF4371BCCZ-RL7 Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-TFLGA Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. 48 terminations can be found in frequency generators. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, ECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 32GHz is available. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Approximately 3.45V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.15V~3.45V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~105°C to ensure reliable performance. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of Clock logic. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Integer N Synthesizer (RF) in this case. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors.
