ADF4371BCCZ Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 48-TFLGA Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, ECL, which is designed to be the clock source. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented.
