ADF4360-9BCPZRL7 Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, TTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 400MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V.
