ADF4360-9BCPZRL Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, TTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 400MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. Clock is designed for clock generator's output.
