ADF4360-7BCPZRL7 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. There is a maximum frequency of 1.8GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL works with 3V~3.6V supply voltage provided. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator. A Fanout Distribution, Integer N Synthesizer (RF) is a classification for the electronic part in question.
