ADF4360-7BCPZRL Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). In the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.8GHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the Clock logic levels is presented here.
