ADF4360-2BCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There are 3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of Clock logic. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Fanout Distribution, Integer N Synthesizer (RF) component. An IC that generates clocks specifically for microprocessors, this clock PLL is 24-bits in si24e. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 24 pins. This time clock generator can handle a voltage of 3.3V as its supply voltage. Other Telecom ICs-type frequency generators are usually classified as this type. The output frequency is magnified as high as possible with 3 signal outputs. Using a frequency of 2.17GHz allows frequency synthesizer to achieve high efficiencies. For the RF synthesizer to function properly, a supply current of 50mA must be provided. It is possible to supply up to 10mA of current for this clock generator operation.
