ADF4360-0BCPZRL7 Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. An up to 2.725GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3V~3.6V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of Clock logic. Fanout Distribution, Integer N Synthesizer (RF) is the type of electrical part that this component is classified as. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. ADF4360 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. The frequency synthesizer has 24 pins that are available. Electronic frequency generator can handle voltages up to 3.3V. Clock generator can also be included into Other Telecom ICs. 3 signal outputs allow for maximi3ation of output frequency. The supply current of 50mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function.
