ADF4360-0BCPZRL Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As part of the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 2.725GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator.
