ADF4360-0BCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
