ADF4355BCPZ-RL7 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As you can see, it consists of 32 terminations.
