ADF4355-3BCPZ Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 32 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input.
