ADF4355-2BCPZ-RL7 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 4.4GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.15V~3.45V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. This electronic component can be classified as a Fanout Distribution, Fractional N, Integer N, Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF). This clock-generating IC is a 32-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded. There is a 32 pin that is available on the frequency synthesizers. Supply voltage 3.45V is what time clock generator can handle. High efficiency is achieved when operating at a frequency of 500MHz.
